Google has teased the Pixel 4a's release for months. On August 3, it made a big announcement. This mid-range phone is expected to launch for $349, making it $50 cheaper than the 2020 iPhone SE.
The Pixel 4a will have a punch-hole screen and the same rear 12MP camera as the Pixel 4. The Pixel 4a should run on the aging Snapdragon 730 but will still come with 6GB RAM and up 128GB in storage.
The Pixel 4a will come with the same Pixel camera tricks that you'll find on the flagship version of the device, including Super Res Zoom, Live HDR+ and Dual Exposure sliders. This means that you'll be able to capture images in low light without worrying about image quality, which is important for a budget phone.
As for the design, it looks like Google will continue its minimalist aesthetic even on this model, with a plastic body defined by smooth lines and gentle curves. It does have a single pop of color on the power button, though, which is a nice touch.
The pixel 4a is one of the best devices we have seen in 2019. While the pixel3a was a great budget phone, it has become one of our favorites of 2019. The new model may be a little smaller than its predecessor, but it is packed with features that will make this mid-range phone a favorite.
As compared to last years Pixel 3a, it is expected that the pixel-4a will have a bigger screen and a more powerful battery. However, at this point, we don't yet know what these changes are. The device will still feature a 5.8" punch-hole display. This is certain to be a popular choice among users.
Preorders for the pixel 4a are expected to begin in Just Black. It will be sold by a variety of retailers and carriers around the globe, including Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy and Verizon. The pixel 4a is in short supply, so act quickly to secure one.
In addition to the pixel 4a, Google is also launching the Pixel 4a XL with a large screen and an 8MP front-facing camera. The Pixel XL, which is larger than the pixel 4a, will have a similar processor and battery to its sibling.
According to reports, a 3.5mm headset jack will be included with the Pixel 4a. The battery will be 3,080mAh, which should cover all of your needs.
The pixel will come with Android 11 OS. This is a major upgrade to the previous operating systems that were on the 3a. Moreover, this new Android 11 upgrade will include the latest security patches.
